Meet Heather, Level 3 Certificate Counselling Skills student

Heather states that her tutor, Melissa, has guided her through the course well as she explains assignments thoroughly and is great at signposting to other support in the college. Melissa initiates class discussions regularly which Heather enjoys as she likes to learn practically.
