Meet our students

Megan Clarke

Following her time at Cardinal Newman Catholic High School, Megan Clarke was keen to find a performing arts course that bridged the gap between a qualification and a career. As soon as she started on the Level 3 Acting & Musical Theatre course, she knew she was at the right college, where students are treated as industry professionals.

“This course has helped me in every way and I have had experiences I never dreamed a college could provide, from bespoke audition workshops with Liverpool Empire to movement masterclasses with Disney! I feel like I am leaving college as a triple-threat, with acting, singing and dancing under my belt.”

Meet our tutors

Shannen Stocks

Shannen Stocks

Our expert dance tutor Shannen Stocks is an internationally renowned dancer and award winner, having been crowned the WDC’s Vice Champion and the ITDA’s Medallist of the Year in 2023, following a string of medals over the past few years. Shannen has always been an avid dancer, beginning her journey as a student at our college back in 2016, only now to be tutoring in the college’s brand-new Advanced Creative & Digital Skills Academy.

“I love teaching at the college that taught me. It feels like a full-circle moment! The best part of my job is seeing pupils who stood where I did just a few years ago and seeing them become beautiful performers and true industry professionals in the making.”
