You will also take part in trips to local universities to discover more about higher education. There will also be opportunities to practice your skills overseas- past students have enjoyed trips to Spain to take part in a rewarding challenge of caring for people with limited English.

As a health & social care student, you will benefit from excellent industry links and have the opportunity to take part in a variety of work placements. We have strong links with local employers including hospitals, care homes and primary schools, providing you with a valuable insight into the working world.
