Meet Harry, Level 4 Professional Diploma in Accounting student

For over three and a half years, Harry has worked within the college’s own finance team, where he began his journey by completing a Level 2 course and is now approaching the end of his Level 4 diploma. During this time, he has become a key member of the team, taking on a wide range of responsibilities including managing purchase and sales ledgers, overseeing purchasing and expenses on payroll, handling bank reconciliations, and supporting with invoicing and payment runs.

Reflecting on his journey so far, Harry said: “Throughout the almost four years I have been studying here at Warrington & Vale Royal College; I have been supported by amazing tutors who are always available to help and provide extra sessions if needed. My experience has been fantastic and I really recommend the college for anyone looking to study accountancy!”

Once Harry completes his course, he will achieve a nationally recognised Level 4 qualification and is excited to continue progressing in his current role, with aspirations to develop further within the organisation.
