What is the course about?
If you have a passion for digital photography and want to know more about not only taking better photographs but also enhancing your photographs, this course will help expand your existing skills and knowledge.

If you own any type of camera, from smartphone to DSLR and want to improve your knowledge of digital photography or get the best out of your camera and photographs, this course is perfect for you.
What will I learn?
The course will show you the potential of your own camera and how to access and use the individual features and settings.
You will learn:
• How to compose photographs and understand common photography jargon
• Simple techniques to manipulate and enhance your images
• Methods to fix damage or remove distractions from your photos
• How to safely share and store your growing photo collection online and on social media
You will be informally assessed by the tutor, and you will also self-assess your weekly progress using an individual learning plan.
What will the course lead on to?
On completion of this course, you could progress to one of our other many short courses.
