How do I apply for an apprenticeship?
If you have secured an apprenticeship role with an employer, head to the apprenticeship course that you want to study and complete the application online. If you have not yet secured an apprenticeship role with an employer, you can still apply for an apprenticeship, but we strongly encourage school leavers to also apply for a relevant full-time course as a backup option in case you do not successfully find a suitable apprenticeship before enrolment.
Where can apprenticeships take place?
At Warrington & Vale Royal College, our range of apprenticeships covers the Warrington, Winsford, Northwich and surrounding areas. While studying an apprenticeship, you will spend the majority of your time with your employer at their site or facilities, and then a smaller proportion of time is spent at one of our two college campuses.
What apprenticeship options are there at Warrington & Vale Royal College?
We have a range of apprenticeship courses available at different levels across different industries. As a school leaver, you may start an apprenticeship at level 2 or 3.
