How is the apprenticeship delivered?
This apprenticeship is delivered through a flexible, blended learning approach tailored to individual and organisational needs. This means you can expect a combination of face-to-face sessions, online learning, and practical work-based activities. The delivery will integrate knowledge, skills, and behaviours through assessments and real work projects, ensuring you can apply what you learn directly in your role while progressing toward the End Point Assessment.
What will the course lead on to?
Upon successful completion, you can register as a full member with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and/or the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM). Those with three years of management experience can apply for chartered manager status through the CMI. You may choose to continue your studies with a degree level apprenticeship. Additionally, the skills and knowledge you gain could open up opportunities for promotion within your organisation.

You will be allocated a designated tutor to guide you through your apprenticeship. We have a team of staff dedicated to providing learning support if required, as well as a Wellbeing Team that is on hand to offer guidance, support and help when needed.

What are the entry requirements?
You must have at least one level 2 functional skills qualifications in English or maths or equivalent.
You must be in a strategic management role or have development opportunities to allow you to gather the required evidence.
