Faye Hennessey
Business & Partnerships Manager: Business, Professional & Apprenticeships
Faye achieved a degree in Sports Science from Edge Hill University and began her career as a teacher of public services. After teaching for ten years, Faye decided she wanted a change in career and thought she would enjoy working in business development and apprenticeships.
Seven years later and Faye is still very much enjoying her role; every day is different, she loves the people she works with and feels very supported by management and her other colleagues.
Amy Yorke
Business & Partnerships Manager: Health & Social Care Academy
Amy achieved a degree in Psychology from Edge Hill University and completed a PGCE in Further Education at the University of Chester. Amy began working at the college thirteen years ago as a tutor in Health & Social Care, and then progressed on to being Curriculum Manager, before moving into an employer facing role.
Amy loves her role as Business Centre Manager and thoroughly enjoys working with employers, our friendly staff and the development opportunities available at the college.
Stephanie Doyle
Business & Partnerships Manager: Advanced Creative & Digital Skills Academy
Stephanie achieved a degree in Digital Graphic Design from Huddersfield University and also has a Master's award in Educational Leadership and Management from Liverpool Hope University.
Before joining the college, Stephanie was a Head of School for nearly 5 years at another college, where she set up a Digital Academy and developed an employer-led curriculum strategy. Stephanie has been with us for one year now and loves that everyone is like family, going above and beyond to provide students, employers and our communities with the best possible experience.
Kerry Dowd
Business & Partnerships Manager: Construction & Civil Engineering Academy
Kerry achieved both a degree in Graphic Design and a PGCE from Edge Hill University and also has a Master’s award in Educational Leadership and Management from Liverpool Hope University. Kerry has worked in further education for almost ten years and is an experienced curriculum leader and manager.
Kerry joined the college in 2022 and loves attending various inspiring events and enriching students’ experiences through the impactful work that the Business Centre’s do. Kerry says the best part about working here is the people and culture; everyone is so kind and supportive and always willing to go the extra mile to help each other out.
