What will I learn?
In this basic Taste of Tapas course, you’ll explore the foundations of traditional Spanish Tapas. You'll learn the essential techniques required to create delicious dishes, as well as the correct terminology used in this renowned and historic cuisine.
What will the course lead on to?
As one of our more adventurous options, this course will equip you with the skills to progress onto more in-depth courses in the future, including a full-time certificate or diploma.

We currently have industry links with one of the best chefs in the country, Gary Usher from Elite Bistros, along with Michelin star chef Aiden Byrne, famous for restaurants such as The Church Green in Lymm.

Are there any additional costs associated with the course?
The only additional cost to this course is the purchase of an apron and a pair of safety shoes, if these items are not already owned. In order to meet Health and Safety requirements, you must wear these items in the kitchen.Â
