We currently have industry links with one of the best chefs in the country, Gary Usher from Elite Bistros, along with Michelin star chef Aiden Byrne, famous for restaurants such as The Church Green.

What are the entry requirements?
To enrol, you must be aged 19 or over, have a genuine interest in the subject area, and be ready to actively participate in classroom activities and discussions. You'll also be expected to reflect on your progress each week using an individual learning plan completed at the end of every session.

Are there any additional costs associated with the course?
There are no extra course fees; however, you may need to purchase a few items if you don’t already own them. These include closed-toe shoes for safety, an apron, and a container to take your food home. Long hair must be tied up.
