Warrington & Vale Royal College is the leading provider of adult education and technical training for school leavers in Warrington and Cheshire. Offering over 90 courses for 16-18 year olds, including T Levels, vocational courses and apprenticeships, and hundreds of adult courses, the college supports thousands of students every year to achieve success. Whether you are leaving school or are an adult wanting to retrain or upskill, there really is something for everyone.

OE landscape

The college has delivered vocational training for over forty years and is continuing its journey of rapid improvement. An Ofsted ‘Good’ rating and recent investment of more than £10million in to its Warrington and Winsford campuses mean the college is well-equipped to make ambitions a reality, wherever students are on their educational journey.

School Engagement Executive, Megan Stanley, says: “Our students, partners and the communities we work in are vitally important to us. We take pride in our ability to enable students to fulfil their potential and progress onwards, and are determined to continue to nurture their confidence so all who choose to study with us benefit from an exceptional learning experience.”

The college has plenty of qualifications for 16-18 year olds to study, ranging from entry level to level 3, which are equivalent to A Levels, and in many different subjects, such as health & social care, art & design, business, construction and engineering to name but a few. The college is committed to being an institution where qualifications become a career, and so prospective students will enjoy a study programme designed with industry-leading employers, fully preparing them for university, a higher apprenticeship or employment.

The college is still accepting applications for September 2023. Browse our selection of courses and apply today!
