Technician in Hospitality & Catering

Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to recruit a Technician to provide support for the hospitality and catering department, within the training kitchens. Including food ordering and preparation for practical classes, organisation of the food management system, reporting of maintenance and repairs and providing support to the catering staff and students.

Suitable candidates will be qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, or be able to demonstrate relevant industrial experience and hold a level 2 Food hygiene certificate. It is desirable that candidates are also qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, and are Health and Safety and First Aid qualified.
