In October 2019 the College was officially commended as ‘Good’ by Ofsted, and we celebrated some of the highest pass rates in England, ranking us in the top 10 nationally for the third consecutive year. Our mission is ‘Realising potential, transforming lives’. Our environment is inclusive, friendly and supportive, with high expectations for both staff and students. To thrive in our environment, you will need to be resilient, positive, able to work autonomously, have a strong work ethic, and put our learners at the heart of everything you do.

Suitable candidates should have a degree in a Computer Science/Digital subject, and ideally a teaching qualification.

You will be able to respond to employer and adult demand by developing bespoke learning programmes including SQL, Python and social media for business. You will have strong technical digital skills and the ability and passion to deliver digital based outcomes across a range of responsive IT and Digital bespoke courses. We work with a wide range of employers across the Digital industries and we are continuing to develop new relationships to enhance the reputation of the ACDS Business Centre.

Networking skills would be advantageous.
