Learning Facilitator

Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint Learning Facilitators. This role is to help learners with additional learning need develop independent learning skills, and reach their potential in and outside the classroom. The post holders need to be pro-active, flexible and motivated to inspire learners to grow, achieve and develop.

Suitable candidates should have 5 GCSEs grade 4 or above, including Maths and English, and a Level 3 qualification. It would be desirable that candidates hold, or be willing to work towards, relevant qualifications. Experience of team working, the ability to support students in a learning environment, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
