Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to recruit a job coach to support learners with learning and/or physical disabilities in the workplace to enable them to enhance their strengths and improve their job skills. Deliver excellence in all aspects of Job Coaching ensuring effective coaching, vocational profiling and discovery and effective employer engagement.

The working days for this role will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and work will be based in the Winsford area.

Suitable candidates will have 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English, and hold or be committed to achieving an NVQ 3 in Advice and Guidance. Candidates should have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and experience of working in a sales environment.
