Warrington & Vale Royal College is pleased to share details of its upcoming Leadership & Management workshops, which seek to provide cost-effective, practical professional development to delegates in the North West. 

Emotional Intelligence

Taking place on Tuesday 20th October at Winsford Adult College, the Emotional Intelligence workshop will help attendees develop greater self-awareness, strengthen workplace relationships, and communicate more effectively under pressure.

Suitable for staff at all levels, the workshop explores how emotional intelligence can positively impact collaboration, leadership, and professional performance. 

Leading High-Performing Teams

Taking place on Thursday 15th October at Warrington campus, this workshop focuses on team performance and is aimed at team leaders, managers, and supervisors.

Attendees will develop practical leadership skills to help build trust, encourage accountability, improve communication, and create more motivated teams. Furthermore, attendees will leave the workshop with a personalised action plan that can be put into practice instantly. 

Influencing Without Authority

Taking place on Friday 13th November at Warrington campus, this workshop focuses on the ability to gain buy-in and influence others without relying on formal authority. 

Attendees will learn how to build credibility and trust, adapt their communication style, overcome resistance, and conduct influential conversations that achieve positive outcomes.
