Throughout the course, Connor has had the opportunity to try new and exciting aspects of digital media, including editing footage using industry‑standard software. Alongside his peers, he also worked collaboratively to plan and create a full advertising project, developing both his technical abilities and his confidence when working independently.
While Connor has thoroughly enjoyed his time studying Creative & Digital Media, his experience at college helped him discover a growing interest in healthcare. The Level 1 course has provided him with a strong foundation of transferable skills, which he plans to build on by progressing to a Level 2 Health & Social Care course in his second year. Despite changing direction, Connor highly recommends the Creative & Digital Media course to students with a creative passion who are considering their future pathways.
