Aspiring business owner Madison Hemby impressed on industry placement with Morgan Digital!

Madison Hemby, a business student and former Birchwood Community High School pupil, recently took part in an exciting month-long industry placement with Warrington-based marketing agency, Morgan Digital.

As a student with major ambitions, Madison jumped at the chance to work with this company, hoping to pick up some essential skills that will help her achieve her ultimate goal of running her own marketing business.

Although Madison originally chose the college’s business course for its wide-ranging progression options, it soon became clear that she had a talent for marketing, and has decided to focus her efforts on building the fundamental skills she needs to begin a career in this diverse and creative industry.

Her time at Morgan Digital has only fuelled this passion, where she was offered a tailored placement to suit her skill set, interest and ambitions. As well as helping the team with day-to-day tasks like using customer databases, data analysis and creating working spreadsheets on Excel, Madison was involved in an ongoing lead-sourcing project, giving her an invaluable behind-the-scenes insights into the inner workings of a highly successful marketing business.
