Meet Lily, Level 4 Diploma Foundation Art & Design Student

After completing her Level 3 Art & Design course with us, former Irlam & Cadishead pupil Lily decided to progress onto the Foundation course to gain a broader understanding of art and continue practicing. She wasn't quite ready for university and its environment, so the foundation course offered her the perfect opportunity to develop further. Lily was also offered a fully funded space on the course after meeting certain terms and conditions, which was a big deciding factor in her choice to stay.

Lily loves the space and facilities at the college's Advanced Creative & Digital Skills Academy. It's there that she has been able to practice art and try new things, such as sewing and photography, which she says is her favorite aspect of studying at the college. She feels really supported by her tutors and has thoroughly enjoyed every minute of her course!
