Meet Hayley Tully, cake decorator with newfound passion for pastry

Studying here was an easy decision for Hayley to make: we’re fairly local to her, she’d heard lots of good reviews and the course fits perfectly around her commitments.

Working as a cake decorator alongside fellow student and entrepreneurial partner Kate Petrie, Hayley is thoroughly enjoying her time at the college and really reaping the rewards of her investment in this course. She and Kate recently participated in a competition which they ‘absolutely smashed’ – all thanks to this course. Hayley has taken on a new direction since enrolling on the course, absolutely loving working with pastry.

Hayley tells us that the college is immaculate, the course is well-structured, staff are very accommodating and helpful, and the courses offered are brilliant! Cavan, the course tutor, has been so helpful and supportive, and is an absolute asset to the college. Hayley has loved attending this course!
