Meet Alfie Cretney: From Level 1 Brickwork to HNC Construction Management (HTQ)

Meet Alfie Cretney, an enthusiastic HNC Construction Management (HTQ) student at Warrington & Vale Royal College!

Alfie’s journey with us began in 2021 when he enrolled on our Level 1 Brickwork course. His passion for construction drove him to progress to Level 3 Brickwork, but Alfie didn’t stop there. Inspired by his desire to deepen his industry knowledge, he decided to pursue the Level 4 course after hearing about it from his Brickwork tutor.

So far, Alfie has thoroughly enjoyed his studies, especially learning alongside classmates who are experienced construction professionals enhancing their careers. With ambitions of becoming a builder, Alfie envisions himself working on-site, constructing houses, and making a positive impact on the local community.

As Alfie continues his journey in construction management, he’s excited about the future and the opportunities ahead. We can’t wait to see where his passion and dedication take him!
