Joanne was already fairly handy when it comes to DIY – often doing tiling, painting and decorating jobs for herself and her clients. However, she wanted to perfect her measuring skills, learn how to hang a door and increase her confidence in her abilities, all whilst gaining a qualification to add to her belt. Joanne likes the college’s easily accessible location and has benefitted from the well-structured course and our fabulous facilities, such as the industry-standard workshop she studies in.
In the future, Joanne hopes to continue enhancing her DIY skills by progressing to our level 2 course, and adding Carpentry & Joinery to her growing list of professional services. Best of luck, Joanne!
