TTO Progress Coach (Maternity Cover)

Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to recruit a term time only Progress Coach who will deliver high quality tutorial and enrichment programmes, ensure vulnerable learners are identified, monitored and regularly reviewed, and facilitate individual learner achievement and progression. This is a fixed term role for up to12 months, or dependant on maternity leave.

Suitable candidates will have 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English, and be educated to A Level standard or equivalent. Candidates should have excellent skills in relation to motivating, supporting and challenging students to achieve and progress. It is desirable that applicants have a teaching qualification.
