Industry Placement Officer

Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint a full time Industry Placement Officer to organise industry experience for learners across curriculum areas. This includes sourcing industry placement opportunities, assessing the suitability, health and safety and safeguarding of the placements in line with college policy and procedures. This post is full time, term time only + 3 weeks, working 37 hours per week.

Suitable candidates must have an NVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent, 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English, and a relevant Health and Safety qualification, or willingness to undertake this training. In addition, candidates should have proven experience of working in a work placement, employer engagement or similar role, and successful experience of working with the 16+ age group.

This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
