Employer Engagement Officer (ACDS)

Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to recruit a full time Employer Engagement Officer for the Advanced Creative and Digital Skills Centre (ACDS) and the Advanced Construction and Civil Engineering Centre (ACCE) to identify, develop and maximise relationships with employers, to recruit apprentices and maximise other cross college income opportunities, including full cost recovery and funded/co-funded training, in addition to work experience opportunities, guest lectures and live briefs.

The role of Employment Engagement Officer is to engage with employers and curriculum to ensure that income targets are met, and to enhance the curriculum offer with a range of live opportunities.

Suitable candidates will have a Level 3 qualification and five GCSEs, grade 4 or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English. In addition, candidates should have an understanding of the Creative, Digital or Engineering industries, and a sound understanding of the relevant qualification’s frameworks and of a range of appropriate qualifications that are available to learners.
