What is the course about?

The is the fourth of our Living and Learning in the UK courses; aimed at those who do not have English as their first language and are looking for work but want to improve their confidence in interviews skills and CV writing.

Why should I choose the course?

If you lack confidence in interview situations or you are trying to get work but struggling to fill in application forms and CVs, this course will help you to prepare for interviews through practical demonstrations and feedback, and will support you with writing your CV.

What will I learn?

Your language and vocabulary skills will improve in preparation for a formal interview. You will learn how to answer a variety of interview style questions and how to show off your skills confidently. You will also be supported in writing your CV.

What will the course lead on to?

You may wish to complete all 6 modules of our Living and Learning in the UK courses.
This course will also support our ESOL, Functional Skills and GCSE courses.

What support is available?

We have a team of staff dedicated to providing learning support if required, as well as a welfare team that is on hand to offer guidance, support and help when needed. Additionally, eligible students can access a wide range of finance and funding support to help them during their time at college.
