What is the course about?
This qualification is designed for students who want to increase their knowledge and understanding of supporting adults living with cancer. It could be used as a continuing professional development qualification for students already working within the healthcare and social care sectors, or for individuals providing informal care. The award covers awareness of cancer, diagnosis and treatments for cancer, care and support options, and end of life and bereavement care.
