The Sport, Military & Emergency Services Academy provides a dedicated space for our students to develop their theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Surrounded by industry-standard equipment and modern classrooms, students receive the best possible learning experience. They benefit from learning in our newly-refurbished Academy which includes a specialist fitness suite featuring a range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment, a free weights area and strength conditioning machines.
Strong industry links
Thanks to our strong industry links with the likes of LiveWire and Warrington Youth Zone, students will also benefit from their state-of-the-art facilities, including a BoxFit studio, spinning suites, swimming pool, synthetic turf pitches and a climbing wall. Our Sport, Military & Emergency Services students also have access to synthetic turf pitches at the Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub, next door to the college.
BodPod
Our Higher Education students also have on-campus access to our BodPod for advanced body composition analysis. The BodPod Gold Standard Body Composition Tracking System is a renowned air displacement plethysmograph worth over £20,000, which uses whole-body densitometry to determine body composition (body fat and fat-free mass).
