Teacher of the Deaf

Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint a Teacher of the Deaf who will provide support and advice related to the needs of students who are D/deaf. The ideal candidate will work with the student, their families and college staff as a key part of the role, to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people.

Suitable candidates will have Qualified teacher status and experience of working in deaf education. They will also have a Teacher of the Deaf qualification, PG Dip in Deaf Education or equivalent and BSL Signature Level 1 or equivalent.
