In March 2025 the college achieved the Platinum accreditation in the Investors in People framework. Sustainability is a key priority for Warrington & Vale Royal College, and we are committed to raising awareness and the implementation of sustainable practices in all aspects of college life. Sustainability principles are embedded across the college, and our sustainability action plan and committee are led by senior leaders to ensure that this remains a key focus.
Suitable candidates should have GCSES in Maths and English at Grade 4 or above, or equivalent, and a relevant Level 3 qualification. Candidates should have experience of working with people with learning disabilities, risk assessments, job coaching, and working and successfully dealing with employers. In addition, candidates should have the ability to communicate effectively, to show empathy and understanding, and to promote and work towards independence amongst the user group.
