Part time Lecturer in Art and Design

Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint a part time, hourly paid Lecturer in Art and Design.

We currently have a requirement for a Lecturer to teach our adult group at our Winsford campus on Tuesday afternoons and evenings delivering a range of part time adult creative courses including Life Drawing, Pastels and Acrylic Painting. There may be the potential to broaden this offer depending on skill sets and interests of the successful candidate.

Suitable candidates will have a broad underpinning knowledge of creative arts disciplines notably in drawing and painting techniques. It is desirable that the candidate has previous experience of teaching in art and design in an adult and community learning context.

This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check/Children’s barred list check, and a Prohibition check for teaching staff.

The College operates on 2 campuses – Warrington and Winsford, although this position will be based at our Winsford campus.
