Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint two full time Teaching and Learning Managers. Working with senior managers, the post holders will lead on the continuous improvement of Teaching, Learning and Assessment practices across the College, and the development and delivery of inspirational and innovative CPD programmes and teaching and learning strategies to support the College on its journey to Outstanding.
Each postholder will be required to teach 0.4FTE in a curriculum area; all subject area specialisms will be considered.

Suitable candidates should have a degree or equivalent professional qualification, and a PGCE/Certificate in Education or equivalent. Candidates should have strong teaching, learning and assessment experience in Further Education, thorough knowledge of Ofsted’s Education Inspection Framework, and thorough knowledge of leading developments, strategies, resources and theories to improve teaching, learning and assessment practices.
