There are many different ways your school can engage with Warrington & Vale Royal College.
We arrange events and initiatives throughout the year to support post 16 decision-making.
To give pupils a taste of college life we offer Taster Days, Sample Evenings and Open Evenings at our Warrington and Winsford campuses and can deliver a variety of sector specific workshops in your school, including apprenticeships, mock interviewing and application drop-ins.
If you are planning to hold an event in your school please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to support you.
We look forward to working alongside the staff and pupils in your school!
We have a dedicated Transition Team who work closely with all our schools, in particular special schools.
We will work with your school to support new students through the admissions process to Warrington & Vale Royal College. Where appropriate we will attend Education Health & Care Plan annual reviews and arrange tailored transition activities to support your pupils move to college.

"An excellent day, well done! There was great organisation from the School Engagement Team before and during the event. Students were engaged and sessions were delivered perfectly. Year 10 students gained very useful info at a very critical time. Thank you! Please invite us again next year!"
“Firstly, let me thank you for running the Taster Day for our Year 11s last Friday. I have had excellent feedback from all staff and students. The day went exceptionally well and the students really engaged and had a brilliant experience.”
