What is the course about?

This course will introduce you to basic strapping and taping techniques to help aid injuries and musculoskeletal problems. Taking this course will enhance your skills if you are currently working as a sports massage therapist, soft tissue therapist, or physiotherapist.

Taking this course will enhance your current skill set and allow you to incorporate strapping and taping into your job role.

What will I learn?

On this course you will cover the following:

  • Health and safety related to strapping and taping
  • Contraindications
  • Practical demonstration and tuition of all major joints, using zinc oxide, and strapping and taping techniques
  • How to integrate strapping and taping within current treatments and sporting techniques.
