What is the course about?
This course continues to looks at ways of being more comfortable with ourselves, discovering who we are now and most important the acceptance of who we are now.
What will I learn?
This course is designed to enable us with the following:
- Changing the way, we see ourselves building our skills and strengths
- Dealing with stress and anxiety
- Better lifestyle choices based on who we are now
- Enhancing our own happiness and confidence

What support is available?

What are the entry requirements?
You must be over 19 and have an interest in the subject area. Be willing to partake in classroom activities and discussions and to self-assess your weekly progress using an individual learning plan at the end of each session.
