The purpose of this course is to improve your basic mathematical skills.

During this courser your will learn basic numeracy skills to improve your mathematical mind, learn how to use your phone calculator and find shortcuts to improve your mathematical ability.

During the course you will learn the following:
- How to use your phone calculator
- Finding shortcuts
- Using your calculator to work out solutions to any type of maths problems.

On successful completion of the course you will be able to move onto further courses suchs a Budgets 1 or drop into a future course to help you improve your mathematical ability

What are the entry requirements?
You will need to reside in the Liverpool City Region to be eligible to complete this course.
Students will need to be an adult aged 19 or above on the 31st August 2023.

This course is free to those who meet the entry requirements stated above.

Throughout the course you will be provided with a variety of resources in class, free to use.
