What is the course about?

This session explores various topics to help you gain a greater understanding and how-to manage menopause in life and work.

Why should I choose the course?

The session is open to everyone and you will be able to discuss various topics to give you more information on the impacts that the menopause may bring to your life and work. The course is suitable for adults aged 19 plus.
