What is the course about?
Who says you can’t have a BBQ in the rain? Here at Warrington & Vale Royal College, we will show you that the impossible is possible. You will learn quick and easy methods to get those tantalising BBQ flavours no matter what the weather brings. This is a practical-based course, where you will learn how to plan, prepare, and cook for that special BBQ in no time at all. We will help you to learn about different types of marinades and why we use them, flavour combinations, and preparation and cooking methods, to obtain that same BBQ taste that we all love and expect.
