With over 15 years’ experience leading diverse teams across the UK and Ireland, Leah’s background and passion for developing leaders make her an exceptional mentor for students pursuing Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) qualifications at Warrington & Vale Royal College.

In addition to her tutoring role at the college, Leah runs her own successful business, LVS Coaching, which stands for Leadership, Values, and Success. The business was born from her desire to help leaders reignite their passion and develop motivated, high-performing teams. Leah’s mission is simple: to leverage her extensive leadership background and coaching skills to help others grow into successful leaders who inspire and elevate those around them.
