Warrington & Vale Royal College – where adult students are taught by experts!

Warrington & Vale Royal College remains dedicated to delivering high-quality education to adult students, and takes pride in offering a variety of courses to those from all walks of life. Whether you’re seeking part-time study options, full-time courses, advanced qualifications, or industry-recognised certification, Warrington & Vale Royal College provides the perfect environment to expand your knowledge and develop new skills.

A key reason the college provides such excellent education is its expert tutors, who bring a wealth of personal experience to the classroom. One such tutor is Leah Steadman, who teaches on the college’s vast range of leadership and management courses. With over 15 years’ experience leading diverse teams across the UK and Ireland, Leah’s background and passion for developing leaders make her an exceptional mentor for students pursuing Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) qualifications at Warrington & Vale Royal College.

Leah Steadman

Since joining the college, Leah has been instrumental in delivering ILM Level 3, Level 5, and soon, Level 7 Leadership & Management qualifications to students. Leah also designs and leads dynamic workshops that are specifically tailored for both new and experienced leaders. Her own qualifications include an ILM Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring (a course now offered by Warrington & Vale Royal College), and she is also a recognised Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, having logged over 1000 hours of coaching experience.

In addition to her tutoring role at the college, Leah runs her own successful business, LVS Coaching, which stands for Leadership, Values, and Success. The business was born from her desire to help leaders reignite their passion and develop motivated, high-performing teams. Leah’s mission is simple: to leverage her extensive leadership background and coaching skills to help others grow into successful leaders who inspire and elevate those around them.

Leah says: “My coaching is about helping leaders who have walked the same path I have. I understand the pressures and the challenges, and I’m passionate about guiding others to find their success in leadership.”

Warrington & Vale Royal College is proud to offer adult students the opportunity to learn from experienced professions like Leah. The college is still enrolling for adult courses starting as soon as this month, including ILM courses. Don’t miss out – contact the college today to find out more and take the next step in your personal and professional development.
