As the only college in the local area to offer a Level 3 Bricklaying programme, alongside other Level 3 trades courses, Warrington & Vale Royal College provides a unique opportunity for students to hone their craft and prepare for careers in the construction sector.
Emma, one of the college’s talented Level 3 students, said: “My tutors make me feel like family. I have learnt so much on the course and would definitely recommend studying bricklaying to anyone.”
Michael Gibbons, Lecturer in Brickwork at Warrington & Vale Royal College, said: "I’m incredibly proud of the standard of work our Level 3 Bricklaying students are producing. Their commitment, skill, and attention to detail reflect the expectations of the industry, and it’s fantastic to see them pushing themselves to achieve such high-quality results."
Many of these students are now preparing to move into apprenticeships, ready to apply their skills in real-world settings. Employers seeking skilled apprentices are encouraged to contact the college’s Apprenticeships Team at apprenticeships@wvr.ac.uk.
Warrington & Vale Royal College remains committed to providing high-quality vocational training, equipping students with the practical skills, confidence, and industry knowledge needed to succeed in the construction trades.
