Ex-student Rayner returns to college as Media Make-up Lecturer

Former Warrington & Vale Royal College student, Rayner Cunniffe, has been appointed as a Media Make-up Lecturer at the collegeā€š Warrington campus.

Rayner previously enrolled at the college as an adult learner and progressed from Media Make-up Level 2 to a Professional Level 4 qualification in Advanced Theatrical Media Make-Up.

Rayner explained: "After I had my daughter I knew I had to find a career that was flexible and could support us. Applying make-up came naturally to me and I picked it up easily."

As well as being employed as a part-time college lecturer, Rayner works as a freelance make-up artist, and recently announced her departure from Naked Beauty and Training salon to set up her own make-up and beauty studio at her home in Burtonwood, Warrington.

"I have so many plans for the future and cannot wait to get going", said Rayner, "regardless of your age, if you have a dream chase it, work hard and never give up."
