Meet Zobi Ellahi, an ambitious Access to HE: Science student

Zobi, an aspiring pharmacist, is one step closer to her dream career thanks to our Access to HE: Science course. She says: “The Access to HE courses are a gift for adults. For someone who doesn’t have the qualifications needed to get in to university, being given the opportunity to achieve these later in life is a blessing!”

Whilst on the course, Zobi has learnt a range of key study skills such as essay writing and referencing. She’s especially enjoyed her time in the science lab doing practical work, saying: “When I am wearing a lab coat, I feel like I am on top of the world!”

Zobi thanks her wonderful tutor Lianne who has been incredibly supportive throughout her journey. She says: “Lianne has been fabulous! It is clear that she always wants you to do well and pushes you towards your goals.”

We wish Zobi the best of luck in achieving her goal of becoming a pharmacist and have no doubt she will go on to be very successful in the field.
