Meet Rebecca, HND Public Services student and aspiring detective

Rebecca is one of our HND Public Services students, having progressed from the Level 3 Public Services course. She chose to progress onto higher education at Warrington & Vale Royal College because it’s close to home, she already had a strong network of friends from Level 3 and she found the tutors incredibly supportive.

Her favourite topics have been terrorism, policing law, and forensics—subjects that fuel her passion for law enforcement and criminal investigation.

Rebecca’s career goal is to become a detective, and she plans to continue her studies at the University of Chester. She’s driven by a keen interest in crime and the psychology behind it. She highly recommends the HND Public Services course to other students, saying it provides a great foundation for future success in law enforcement.
