So far on the course, Katie has particularly enjoyed learning about the skeletal system, as well as improving a range of study skills such as academic writing, referencing, and time management. This has been instrumental in equipping Katie with the knowledge and experience needed to progress on to university and pursue a new dream of becoming a specialist Mental Health Midwife. These amazing professionals help to identify, assess and manage mental health problems during pregnancy or after birth. The support and guidance Katie is receiving during her time at college has instilled confidence that she will absolutely achieve this ambition.
