Previously working as a teaching assistant, Beverley is now looking to share the skills she has learnt through the delivery of her own workshops. To support her with this goal, Beverley is currently undertaking an artistic residency at the college, which offers her space in our state-of-the-art studios to hone her professional practice and prepare her for venturing into this field of work.
Beverley is thoroughly enjoying studying at Winsford campus, appreciating the high standard of facilities and teaching. She says: “Winsford campus has excellent facilities for ceramics. It’s a great space to learn a new skill or further develop work, with the help of a very knowledgeable tutor.” The course also fits in well with her other commitments, with the one-day-per-week timetable fitting flexibly around her family life.
We would like to wish Beverley the best of luck in her future endeavours and are confident that she will achieve her career aspiration of building a portfolio of her own work and teaching others. Watch this space!
