Charlotte's Counselling Journey: From Introduction to Level 4 Therapeutic Counselling

Meet Charlotte Mercer, a dedicated Level 4 Therapeutic Counselling student. Charlotte’s journey with the college began in 2022 when she enrolled in an Introduction to Counselling course offered as a free taster. Working as a forbearance specialist, she was keen to develop counselling skills that could help her navigate sensitive conversations with customers.
