Lead Progress Coach, Adults and Apprenticeships

Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to recruit a full time Lead Progress Coach for Adults and Apprenticeships. The successful candidate will develop effective relationships with Safeguarding and Inclusion Managers, Progress Coaches, Engagement Officers, Learning Support team and Welfare Officers to provide a supportive and inclusive environment that maximises the potential of all learners.

They will inspire and motivate staff and students to fully engage in the tutorial and enrichment programmes by leading on the design and delivery of relevant, contemporary content which enable students to develop a broad range of skills, including resilience and staying safe, essential for their own personal and professional development

Perform to high standards of professionalism that enforces the safety and confidentiality of student concerns.

    Suitable candidates will have 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English, and be educated to A Level standard or equivalent. Candidates should have excellent skills in relation to motivating, supporting and challenging students to achieve and progress. It is desirable that applicants have a teaching qualification.
