Curriculum Manager - Adult Professional Studies and Education & Training
Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint a Curriculum Manager, with a proven track record of success in raising standards and inspiring learning, to lead our department of Adult Professional Studies and Education & Training.
Dynamic and highly credible, you will manage and motivate learners and staff to achieve their potential. You will lead by example, securing excellent learner progress and achievement. The department will thrive and grow under your leadership and your influence will extend across the college as we work together as one team to achieve our goals. You will be experienced in working with adult and/or higher education learners and understand the highly complex barriers to learning that these learners often face. You will be creative, robust and appropriate in your approaches to supporting learners in order to ensure strong student outcomes. You will be focused on the quality of the learner experience and will drive a culture of excellence in the teams you lead. It is desirable that you have previously undertaken a curriculum or subject leader role and that you have a teaching background and/or qualifications in Leadership & Management.
