Admissions Officer

Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint a full time Admissions Officer to deliver a highly responsive admissions service, to current and prospective students. 

If you would like to work in a fast-pace environment, are process-driven, have excellent attention to detail and strong customer service – we would love to hear from you.  This is a busy department and a busy role.  You will be following the admissions process from inputting the application through to enrolment.

Key responsibilities of this post include: providing an efficient and effective admissions service to all applicants; inputting, screening of applications, referring to support services, where appropriate; requesting references and information to support applications; providing information to current and prospective students; and working collaboratively with other departments.

Suitable candidates will hold 5 GCSEs (grade 4 and above) including Maths & English, have a proven track record of working with the general public, and have excellent customer service skills.
