This online short course is part of Warrington & Vale Royal College’s professional development suite. This course is designed to introduce you to the key aspects of business planning and development.

What will I learn?
On the course you will be introduced to the key aspects of business planning development and growth, including:
- Core business planning tools and strategy tools
- Establishing business objectives
- Defining a mission statement
- Competitive advantage and marketing strategy
- Strategic options and prioritisation
- Quality management.
This course is completed remotely. The necessary information and materials will be set up through an online platform. You will be given six weeks to work through the modules in your own time.
